Creative Management Source, Inc. (former Case Management Care, Inc. has been in operations since March 2005 and we provided Case Management Services until 2013. Creative Management Source, Inc. is MH/IDD Intellectual Developmental Disabilities agency  as well an Psychosocial Rehabilitation Service. We serve adults who have serious emotional disturbance, mental illness, or dual diagnosed; or who are at risk for developmental disabilities delays or intellectually disabled.
